Tenant is not allowed to sub-lease or lease transfer without written permission from the Landlord. 16. The tenant is not permitted to drill holes in the wall without written permission from the Landlord. End of Lease: 17. The Tenant, at their own expense, is required to return the rental unit in its original condition (including appliances). The tenant is responsible to cover any damages (beyond normal wear and tear) and additional cleaning fees. 18.If at the end of the term the lease is not renewed, the tenant MUST honour ALL visit requests for all prospective tenants, for which 24-48 hours' notice will be given.
